The highest authority of our association is the General Assembly of Members of the Overseas Chinese Association in Lithuania, which convenes once annually at the end of each year. In case of significant or special events, interim meetings may be convened based on actual circumstances. The assembly reviews and deliberates on the annual work report and financial statements of our association, formulates and adopts the work plan for the following year. It may also amend, supplement, or dismiss members of the Board of Directors as necessary according to the association's constitution.
